Delivery Manager

Every time I log onto Windows i get a message box saying Delivery Manager
Service has encoutered a fault and needs to shut down. This has only started
since I changed to the very latest Internet Explorer. I am running XPHome
SP2.I do not get the message again until next time I log on .
Any suggestions to help me stop it
