Every couple of days I get a popup box entitled Delivery Manager Service,
stating that it has encountered a problem & needs to close.

What is this please & need I be concerned?

Thank you. I didn't realise that this was to do with Sky Anytime. I'm now
removing it entirely from my system using the guide in the link you kindly
referred to.
