Deletion Problems

everytime I try to delete something, pop up window
reads "cannot delete : cannot find specified path". My
hard drive is filing up. Thnxx
 
Never delete a program with "delete" always use "Add or
Remove Programs" You have removed this files parent
deleter and now your system does not recognize it as
being there. Try using Disk cleanup.
