Deleting XP on a RAID array

Building a new machine. Installed XP Pro 64 bit. Checked it out; not
enough drivers for my needs. So now I want to delete it and install XP
Home. I want to format hard drives and do a clean install. The
wrinkle is that the hard drives are SATA drives in a RAID 0 array.
What's the best way to proceed? Thanks in advance for any help!
