Deleting Write Protected Files

I hope I'm not in the wrong place to ask this question.
If so, sorry. I'm trying to delete a folder in Windows,
but everytime I try to delete it I get an error message
that says "Error Deleting File or Folder. Make sure the
disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is
not currently in use" Several weeks ago I got a pop up
for Internet Washer Pro and I must have clicked the
install button and it partially installed it. Now I want
to delete the file and can't because of this error
message. Can anyone tell me how to delete it?

Both are freeware programs that can probably delete that directory

Try booting in safe mode and delete from there.
