Deleting User Accounts

I have tried over and over to delete two user accounts but everytime I try
the egg timer just appears for ages and then it says 'program not responding'
and the accounts never delete.

Click start/run, type CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 and click ok.

On the first tab, click on the account you want to remove, then click the
remove button.
