Deleting User Accounts

Hello...
I want 2 user accounts (Jason and Amber). I made us both Computer Admin..
My problem is that when windows xp loads it goes into a basic account. I
want to delete that account or at least make it so that when you load
windows, it goes straight to the "pick your account" screen. Either or would
work, just dont know how to do it. Thanks for the time and help!

Recommendations:

Make Passwords for Jason, Amber, And the ADMINISTRATOR
accounts of at least 9 characters with mixed UPPER,
lower, and 123numbers, write the passwords down (before
typing them in) and put them in a secure place, set as
password never expires, set to "can not change password"
check box. That way you can use the ADMINISTRATOR account
to change passwords and it will be less likely that you
change one on impluse and forget it a few hours later.
You only need to change the passords ever 3 or 4 months
or when they have been compramissed by a 3rd party like
someone looking over you shoulder.

I know typing in a NINE characture mixed password is a
pain but it gives your system time to start up and it
would take a password breaker program forever to break it.
A simple word 4 or 5 charactures long can be guessed in
less than 30 seconds by a hacker tool.
