deleting tracked changes

I've got a document that has been "tracked" till it's blue
in the face. I'd like to clean up the file where all
changes and tracking are completely removed like it was
typed in from scratch. Is there a way to "clean" a
document like this?

Either accept or reject all the changes and turn off Track Changes.
