Deleting Temp Internet Files

A few questions.

1. Are there any "bad" consequences of deleting these
files?

In other words, is there any reason why I should just
leave them on my system?

2. Once I delete the files by using IE/tools/internet
options/ etc, are the files permanently deleted or do
they go into a "recycle bin" of some sorts?

Pueblo,
You can delete all the Temporary Internet Files without harm,
however, when you do this you might lose some cookies to your
favorite sites that you log on to... You would merely have to
type in your passwords again to those situations...
