deleting startup device drivers

I have fifty plus device drivers in my start up configuration. I don't know
how they got there and I need to find a way to delete them. I am running
msconfig in selective startup to avoid the start up time. How do I get rid
of them?

Go to the applications directly.
There should be an option usually under "Settings" or "Options"
setting it to load at Start-up.
