deleting program files

I need help with deleting what appears to be a virus file. Norton Anti Virus
does not pick this up. I've purchased Spy Sweeper and it doesn't help either.
Under Program files I have (video activex object - isaddon.dll - isamini -
isamonitor.) When trying to delete this the system won't allow it. I think
this is here the virus is located. Please help.
