deleting pages in a Newsletter in MSword

I'm making a Newsletter in MSword and I can't seem to delete the extra pages
at the end of my newsletter? They're pages with no text on and when I put my
cursor at the end of my document it removes the extra pages plus all my
formatting within my newsletter? Am I missing something? Any help would be
much appreciated!

Turn on Show Non-Printing Characters (the paragraph-mark button in the
Ribbon or Toolbar), go to the end of the document, and delete all the
empty paragraphs _except_ the very last paragraph mark (which, as you
discovered, contains all your formatting information).

If you leave the Non-Printing Characters on, you'll be able to see
where the extra space comes from as it's generated.
