Deleting Outlook

When i delete Outlook, then re-install, the system has a
memory and establishes Outlook as it was before I deleted
it. I need to change several functions and the easiest
way is to re-install. But i can't get it to completely
delete. any sugestions
 
control panel, mail - delete the profile and C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook to
delete other files.

i assume you are deleting OL from the add/remove software button in
control panel. after you have done that, use windows explorer and
navigate to where OL was installed and delete the OL folder and
sub-folders. many times not all traces of a program will be deleted
using the add/remove button. after you have deleted the folder
re-boot your system. then re-install OL.
