Deleting my mail

Where can i set Windows mail to leave my mail on the server ?
I read my Yahoo mail in windows mail, but when Windows mail deletes the mail
it also removes it from Yahoo
How can i delete it here but leave it on Yahoo ?

Tools menu>accounts>select your account>properties>advanced tab.

Leave a copy of each message on the server.

Remember to set it to clear messages from the server after
a reasonable number of days, or your server mail box will possibly fill up,
and
reject any new incoming mail.

Did you check the setting that counts:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties,
Advanced, check the box for "Leave a copy of messages on server."

Try removing your account from the wife's machine and then close and reopen
WinMail and then add it back again and before checking the mail, change the
settings under Tools | Options | Advanced.
