Could you post a screen shot to help us better understand the problem?
Here are the steps to collect a screen shot:

1. Press Pr Scrn button (Print Screen button, which is generally located to
the right of F12 on your keyboard).
2. Click Start, choose Run, type in "mspaint.exe"(without quotations), and
then click OK.
3. On the Edit menu of the Paint Window, click Paste. Then the screen will
be copied to the Paint Window.
4. Save this image file.
5. Please compress the BMP file using WinZip or convert it to the JPG
format, and post it.

|After I have read the messages I select all, then try to delete, but the
|delete is grayed out,how do I fix this, before I had XP, I had no problem
