deleting messages

I want to see how, if there is a way, to delete more than
one message at a time from sent messages and soft deleted
items from Outlook Express.

You can select multiple items in Outlook Express just as you can
in Windows Explorer, or elsewhere: Ctrl-A selects everything,
Ctrl-click adds the clicked item, Shift-click selects a range of
items.

Once you've selected what you want to delete, you can delete in
any of the normal ways: press the Delete key, right-click and
select delete, or drag to the Recycle Bin.
