deleting mesages on start up that i cant get rid of

on start up on desk top i always get small windows telling me things or
memory couldnt be written how and were do i delete it from
 
Its not a matter of deleting, its a matter of finding what is causing the
problem.
For a start visit your HD manu site & download their disk checking utility,
then test your memory, memtest86+
