Deleting Local Profile - What's deleted?

For various reasons, I need to delete my log on local profile on my laptop.
What all will be deleted with it? I'm guessing it will delete everything in
C:\Documents and Settings\myuserid. Is my guess correct?

When you delete the user account you will be asked if you want to keep
the user's files. Of course, anything can go wrong, the prudent thing
to do is to always make sure that you have a known good working backup
of your important files!
