Deleting hyperlinks

I need to delete all hyperlinks in a Word document. There's loads of them,
and while I know how to delete them individually, I'd like to be able to
delete them all together in one fell swoop. Anyone know if this is possible?
Dipping the whole doc into Notepad won't work because I've already done so
much other formatting to it that I can't afford to lose. Thanks a lot, Gráinne
