Deleting History--Help Please!

I have been using the Tools/Internet Options/Clear History
buttons to clear history....but occasionaly I get
persistent URLs that seem to "stick" and will pop back up
on the Address Space when the first letter of the word is
typed....
How can I clear these one or two URLs that don't seem to
respond to the above sequence.

Go back to the same place and Delete Files, including off line files and
that should clear it up.

Try right-clicking on an empty spot on the Task Bar, then click
Properties, Advanced tab, Clear button, OK.
