deleting guest account

how do I delete the guest account, not turn it off, but get rid of it
completely?

Despite what it says there, I have the Guest account disabled, and
nothing has broken.

However, I have configured my machione so that I have all needless
services (for me) turned off.

Having the guest account switched off is not disabling it.
