Deleting Folders

I have a folder on my computer that when i try to delete
it, there is a message that says "Cannot delete:access is
denied. Make sure that disk is not full or write
protected and that the file is currently not in use." I
know that it is not full or in use. Is there any way i
can delete this folder?
 
Firstly are you sure the folder is not req.by an app.
Try removing in safe mode.
