Deleting folders and files

Sometimes when deleting files or folders it will delete them to the
recycling bin but sill show as not being deleted, then I'll do it again and
it still shows as not being deleted, then once I finally delete it, it's
showing up 2 or 3 times in the recycling bin.
I have installed TweakVI, not sure if that's the problem or not. I don't
think it is

yes, it's a small Vista's visual bug
