Hi RM,
It's a good question, off topic perhaps, but I'll give it a shot.
My guess would be that it remains available for the next new
user who is added to that system, or for an existing user who
wants to look through it again or perhaps for the first time.
Remember, that's just my opinion. I don't speak for the folks
at Microsoft anymore than you do. It's been fun RM, thanks.
