Deleting Files

Hi. When I was doing a virus scan yesterday an error
occured when it got to a certain file. So I went to go
see what it was and tried to delete it, but there is no
delete button choice when I right click my mouse. The
only choices I get are Open or Send To. I have no idea
what the file is, but it is in the Temporary Internet
File under the subfolder Content.IE5. Any ideas how to
get rid of it? Thanks a bunch

Delete your temp and cache files before you virus scan.
