deleting files

why cannot I delete 2 files with .dll extentions from
c:/windows

Help Please

You probably know this, but if "in-use", they may be needed by
something. If you have a particular reason to delete these DLL files,
go ahead and delete, but realize what you are doing. YOu may be
deleting files needed by an application.
