Deleting Files In registry reapper

I am trying to erase insidious instances of sypware which
has made entries in the
HKEY_LOCAL_Machine/Software/Microsoft/windows/run

Although I delete the references in the registry, they
simply return as soon as I close out of the registry.

You still have a .exe file that's hiding in your Windows folder or on
your C: What spyware is it?
