deleting files from "My Documents"

When I try to delete saved games from 'my documents"
copies of the deleted files appear. I now have hundreds
of these copies. How can I avoid this and get rid of the
copies?

You don't say how you are deleting, but sometimes the mouse can be
over-sensitive. Try setting its sensitivity lower in the Mouse applet
from Control Panel. Also, try *right*-clicking on a file, then choose
"Delete" from the context menu that appears (left-click it to delete).
