deleting emails

hello out there,

can someone plse help me. i have reved a email from some unknown person and
i have tried to deleted it but it doesn't seem to want to go. is there
anyway of getting this email deleted out of my computer. email program
outlook express. any suggestion welcome.

Close the Preview pane and then try to delete it.
