deleting drop downs in search field

Could anyone tell me how to delete the drop downs in the
address field and also in the search field? I would
greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Linda

For the Address field:

Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, Internet Options. When the
Internet Options window opens click the Content tab, click the AutoComplete
button. The rest is self-explanatory.
