Deleting background picture

I have a desktop "wall paper",display that I do not know
how to delete> I would appreciate anyones help.

The pictures are stored in...
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\My Pictures
and
C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper

This is how I do it:
press on start, then control panel. There you have a link
reading : "Appearance and themes" then a link
with "change the desktop background" THat's were you
choose whatever you want on your deskop for wallpaper

R-clk the desktop properties -- desktop tab -- background--
choose one.
