Deleting an e-mail message

I have an e-mail message in my outbox that I can't delete and I'm sure it's
preventing me from sending e-mails.
Please any suggestions in lay terms.

I am having a problem like this, I have an email that I can not delete. I was
wondering if I could just delete Windows Mail and just reinstall it to get
rid of the undeleteable email that I can not delete
..

No, you can't remove/reinstall Windows Mail without reinstalling Vista.
Download and install this hotfix, with Windows Mail not running
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works for
other folders.
