Deleting ALL Entries in Calendar

In an earlier post, I asked if there was a quick way to delete EVERYTHING
from a calendar. The response from Noel All was to change the view to
Categories and Select All would be available.

I am using Outlook 2003. I don't see a Categories view.

I would appreciate any additional help.
 
You may need to add the advanced toolbar ( View|Toolbars|Advanced) and then
select the "by catagories" in the "Current View" dropdown ( it may display
"No filter" by default).
