Deleting addresses in the "From" bar in email

I have recently switched servers and want to delete my old email address from
automatically appearing in the "From" bar in Outlook. How do I do this? I
can't find any directions in HELP and nothing through Microsoft support on
line.

And exchange account? It should update itself, but if not, remove the acct
from the profile and add it back using the new server.

POP3 or IMAP, go to tools, accounts and change it in the acct. Or remove the
acct and recreate it.
