deleting a file

I have downloaded a file "free_sex_download" from a web
page and I can't manage to delete it anymore! When I try
to, on the display appears this message "cannot delete
Free_sex_download:Access is denied.Make sure the disk is
not full or write-protected and that the file is not
currently in use" Well, whenever I try to delete it, the
file is not in use. What should I do because I really
need to delete this file?
 
I have had files that could not be deleted. Brought system up in safe mode and
was able to delete them.. Hope this helps
