Deleting a file

Why is it that the slowest thing I can do on my computer is delete a
file using Windows Explorer? The Deleting window takes a long time
to finish deleting even a tiny file.

Hi,
You may not have a lot of RAM and disk space on your system and a lot of
runing processes is taken the most usage of your CPU.
Try to do Disk Clean up and Defrag to get some space back.
