Hi.
I have Outlook 2003, and I had an issue where I mistakenly sent a message
with large attachments via my Hotmail account that I access with my Outlook,
and it took me awhile before I was able to remove the message stuck in my
Outbox.
Anyways, during the course of the remedy, I guess I somehow created a
duplicate Personal Folder. Now, I am unable to get rid of it. I see it on
the left hand margin, as well as when I enter the edit window for email
accounts (under "Deliver new email to the following location" dialog box,
Personal Folders is listed twice.
I tried following these directions, but both sets of Personal Folders are
still there.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
