Deleting A Contact From The Global Address list!!

I may be sounding dense but trust been through everything and i still can't
delete a contact from the global address list.
Please feel free to pass on any info...
 
Ask your sys admin or Exchange admin to do this as its in Active Directory
Users and Computers
