Deleting a contact completly from the autocomple in outlook

Microsoft outlook - We have autocomplete for email addresses, but we need to
delete some as the addresses are no longer correct, how can we delete a
contact forever from this section? thanks
 
When it shows up in the dropdown, highlight it and hit the Delete key
