Deleted Tolls command from Menu Bar

Office Ultimate 2007 w/Vista.
Unintentionally deleted the Tools command from Menu Bar (i was using mouse
and keybd at same time, but which key i dont remember). How do I return Tools
to menu bar? Help.
 
Select View/Toolbars/Customise, select Menu Bar from the left hand list and
drag the Tools item in the right hand list to your Menu Bar.
