Outlook 2007 Menu Bar moved to the right side (side bar)

I am working in Outlook 2007 and my menu bar (file, edit, tools, ...) has
moved from the top horizontal bar to the right side looking like a
perpendicular side bar. Why? How can I put it back on the top as a
horizontal bar?

Sorry, my first post did not have a very good subject description, so I
reposted it.

Thank you, it worked. Previously, I tried to drag and drop, but it didn't
seen to work. This time I put my cursor on the .... part of the bar and it
moved. Thanks again for your help.
