Deleted %systemroot%\system32\ias

Don't know how but somehow I found my "ias" folder missing, and now I cant
start RAS or IAS, is there anyway to recreate this folder without re-doing
everything from scratch, I tried disabling/enabling RAS and
removing/reinstalling IAS but no luck.

From the server CD copy the binaries:
ias.md_
dnary.md_

By using "expand" expand the binaries
than copy these two files (ias.mdb, dnary.mdb) in %windir%\system32\ias
