deleted somwthing i wan to keep

somehow some file i had an wanted was in a folder that
was a spyware folder an it got deleted i want to know if
i can get them back tried system restore didnt get them
back

I lost hundreds of media files and I tried everything I
can possibly think of to find them (I even tried tried
undelete softwares) but to no avail. I am devastated too!

I had the similar problem happen too. A file was
quarantined by Antispyware and I unquarantined it. This
file contained many MP3 files. Everything was working
great that night. The next day, the Antispyware ran a
cleaner program, on its own, and deleted the file anyway.
Can undo, can restore. Upon system restore, folders are
restored, but they are empty.

What was the point of unquarantining the program if
spyware was going to delete it anyway?
