deleted rule continues to function

i set a rule on Outlook 2003 (not on a server) to forward my company
(server) emails to my hotmail account. i deleted the rule but the emails
continue to be forwarded. Any suggestions how to stop this?

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanserverrules command switch.
