Deleted Recycle Bin and My Computer from Desktop

I deleted the "Recycle Bin" and "My Computer" from my Desktop when I was
trying to clean it up. However, they were removed from my Windows Explorer
and my Start window also.

How can I restore them to use in Windows Explorer?

You can right click on the start menu, select properties, and then modify
its settings.

Tweak UI also has related settings that you can change.
