Deleted profiles

By misstake a profile was deleted on a Win2k installation.
Is there any chance to recover, at least, the my documents
folder (and subfolders) plus the Outlook.pst file?

This is a mess ...

Many times files can be recovered if the operating system has not overridden the
space that they occupy yet. You will need a third party recovery tool of which
many are available. If possible do not use that computer, maybe even pulling the
hard drive to put in another W2K/XP Pro machine to use for the recovery
