Deleted pictures

I hope someone can help. I was transferring pictures from a memory card to
our computer then deleting from the memory card. I was doing all of this
within the My Computer area.

Somehow I was stupid and deleted a folder from the computer. I can't locate
it anywhere, not even within the recycle bin.

These were all pics of our daughter up in the NICU and I have to get them
back!

Can someone PLEASE help???

Hard to tell, but instead of deleting the folder you may have moved it
somewhere else.

Search your hard drive for all the pictures (.jpg files) on it.
Click on Start and then Search. Click on other search options.
Click on Pictures and in the opening textbox type exactly this for part of
file name:
*.jpg
Click on advanced search option and select all the options and click on
search.
This will begin displaying thumbnails of your photo files. If you see a
photo you lost, stop the search, right click on the thumbnail and click on
Open containing folder on the opening menu.
