Deleted Outlook 2003 file - Can I recover it?

I was using Outlook 2003 the other day and accidentally shifted a file
containing e-mails into the 'Junk E-mail' file.

I then deleted the all teh Junk E-mail and realised that I had too deleted
this particular file.

I have read the Outlook help files and have gone about recovering the file
as explained - However this is not working.

Is theren any other way to recover this file by going into the depths of
Windows XP Pro or by DOS?

Have done a quick search on google for this and found the following:

It does sound a bit risky so might be worth backing up the file as it is
just in case it doesnt work...
