deleted messages

Wondering how I can keep the messages I move to the deleted file longer.
Right now it seems they are purged after so many days and I want to keep them
in the deleted file at least a month.

There is no setting to purge deleted email messages after a while,
although you can do so with newsgroup messages:
Tools, Options, Advanced, Maintenance...

If that's what is happening to you, it is not being done by Windows Mail.
Who is your mail service provider? Do you have a POP3 or IMAP account?

I have the msn account. Mail service is the following
http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v1.0.0/sync.aspx Internet service
by quest.

The DeltaSync service only works in Windows Live Mail, not in Windows
Mail. The newsgroup to which you posted is dedicated to supporting the
Windows Mail program. You will get more help by posting that question
in the Windows Live Mail newsgroup:
