Deleted messages do not appear in folder

I have just started Windows mail and used Outlook express. In that program,
deleted mail appears with a strikethrough until messages are purged. Now,
when I delete message in Windows mail, it immediately is deleted and not
trasnferred to the appropriate folder. Any ideas? Thanks

No I have not been able to figure it out. And I have not heard from anyone
else. I did find this link regarding Windows Mail, but have not had a chance
to go through it as yet. Perhaps it will help you. Please let me know. Thanks.

have you found a solution to your problem i have the same issue.

Click on the folder where mail seems to be lost. Then click on View,
Current View, and Show All Messages. Then repeat for the Deleted Items
folder.
